We would like to introduce you to some Old-Kutani plates that are perfect for serving as appetizers.
The highlight of this plate is undoubtedly its adorable painting.

In the center, a pair of birds are depicted looking affectionately together perched on a rock.

One bird is sleeping soundly, while the other stands erect as if alert to its surroundings.
Because it has a long tail, it is thought to be a wagtail.

A simple and elegant design that makes use of white space without adding any unnecessary elements.
The rounded shape of the vessel, without any angular edges, combined with the expressions of the two birds, gives it a calm and adorable atmosphere.
The red edging also adds a nice touch.

As you can see, the back is also very carefully made.
The floral arabesque pattern is depicted in blue and white.
A circular line runs around the base of the hill, and in the center there is an inscription with the character "fuku" (luck) in a square frame, known as the "Kaku Fuku Inscription."

On the left side, there is a 2cm repair along the edge and traces of paint around it. It is barely noticeable to the naked eye, so it does not affect use or viewing.
It has been meticulously restored and it is clear that it has been well cared for.

There are also faint marks of magnetism visible throughout the piece. These marks are from the firing process and are not considered scratches, but we will mention them just to be safe.

It would also be nice to serve sashimi or salad as an appetizer.
The clean design makes it perfect for any dish.

It is in very good condition, but as it has some repairs, we are offering it at a reduced price.
Please take this opportunity to enjoy it in your hands.
