What payment methods are available?

We accept bank transfer, credit card, paidy(domestic only), and Paypal.

What is Shop Pay for Express Checkout?

Shop Pay is a payment service provided by the online store system "Shopify". You can register your email address and cell phone number with Shop Pay to easily pay for your next purchase.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in 3 installments with no installment fee by Paidy(domestic only).

Is there a payment deadline?

Please pay within 10 days for bank transfers.

What is the delivery method?

We use Japan Post except in special cases for deliveries within Japan.

Are there any shipping fees?

We charge a flat rate of 1,500 yen for domestic delivery for items under 100,000 yen. For some items that are delivered by post, the shipping fee may differ, so please check with us for details.

Can you ship overseas?

Yes, we do. Please see the "International Shipping" page for details.

When will the items be shipped?

After confirming payment, we usually ship within 7 business days. Shipping may be delayed due to long vacations, exhibitions, etc.

Can I change the arrival date and time of my order?

We will provide you with an inquiry number in the e-mail we send when shipping arrangements are completed, so please change the date and time by yourself.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

My order was damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us by e-mail or phone within 3 days of receipt of the item if you find that the item has been damaged during shipping or has undergone some other significant change in condition.

Can I see the items in person?

Yes, you can see the items in our store. Please make a reservation through the "Visit reservation" page".

What is the condition of the items?

Please check the item's description for more details. For terms, please refer to the "Condition Guide".

When is the store open?

We are open weekdays and Saturdays from 11:00 to 18:00. We may be out of the store for purchasing and other reasons, so please make a reservation through “Visit reservation" or call us to confirm your visit.

Can I reserve the items on your website?

We are sorry, but we do not accept reserve orders before you have made a decision to purchase.

What is the page “Selected Works"?

It is a page that introduces selected items from our gallery collection with priority. Only customers with a certain level of purchase history can view this page.

Who is eligible to view “Selected Works"?

Only customers who have purchased more than 1,000,000 yen in the past can view this page.

I am qualified to view Selected works. How can I view the page?

Please register by clicking "Create Account". You will be able to view the page after we complete the qualification process. Please note that it may take a few days to complete the process.
