Timing and Method of Payment of Price

We accept bank transfer, credit card, Paidy (domestic only), and PayPal.

・Credit card payment, PayPal

Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

・Bank transfer

Please transfer within 10 days from the time of order.

・Paidy(domestic only),

Pay through Paidy by the 10th of the following month by convenience store or bank transfer for one month's payment.You can also pay in 3 installments with no installment fee.

 

Returns Policy

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges because the items on this site are mainly antiques that have passed through the ages.

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our items, but in the event of damage during shipping or other significant changes in condition, please contact us by e-mail or phone within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Please note that items that are overdue will not be eligible for return.

Delivery Period for Services or Goods

We accept delivery or pickup at our stores.

For items under 100,000 yen, we charge a flat rate of 1,500 yen for domestic delivery.

For some items that are delivered by post, the delivery charge may differ.

For delivery, we will ship within 7 business days after receiving your request.

For overseas delivery, please refer to the " International Shipping Policy " page.
