This beautiful Old Baccarat lid with olive motif pattern in gravure.
"Golfe Juan" is named after a town on the Cote d'Azur in France.
The elegant design by Georges Chevalier, Baccarat's exclusive designer during the Art Deco period, is beautiful and eye-catching.
As it is pre-1936, there is no engraving.
The original is an olive design, but it also looks like an arabesque, so it blends well with Japanese objects and can be used as an incense container or a tea container with a look.
It is in excellent condition.
There is a very small chip of less than 1mm on the lid and a scuff on the bottom, but it is nothing to be concerned about as it is typical of the age of the piece.
The cover is made of Taisho era geometric pattern gauze.
It is shiny and has a cool atmosphere.
We hope you will use it at tea ceremonies and in your daily life.
