■ International Shipping

Shipping method will be EMS, except for items specified individually. (EMS cannot be selected for items over 2,000,000 yen.)

If you wish to use a shipping method other than EMS, we will request a quotation from the shipper. 

After accepting the quote, you will be billed for shipping charges separately from the product price.

For all shipping methods, the shipping fee includes shipping, handling, and insurance costs.

 

■ Ordering Flow

［For EMS]

Step1｜Please check the Japan Post website to confirm that the destination country is an eligible country before settling the payment. 

Step2｜Select “EMS” on the cart page.

Step3｜Shipping charges are prepaid. Please follow the payment screen to pay the total amount of the displayed product price and shipping charges.

［For shipping service other than EMS]

Step1｜Please select “Request a Quote” on the cart page and proceed for payment of the product price.

Step2｜We will send you a quotation by e-mail. If you do not specify, we will provide you with a quote from DHL or a carrier specializing in the transport of works of art.

Step3｜After accepting the quotation, shipping charges will be invoiced.

Step4｜Items will be shipped after payment of shipping charges is confirmed.

■A Note on Taxes for Overseas Shipments

Import taxes, duties, sales taxes, VAT, etc. are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The customer is responsible for payment of these.

Please check with your country's customs before purchasing to determine how much these additional amounts will be. These levies are usually collected by the shipping company upon delivery or upon receipt of the package. Please understand that this is not an additional shipping charge.

 

 

■Other Notes

・Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please understand the product well in advance before ordering.

・Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order if there is any obvious change in condition, such as damage during shipping.

・Under-valuing or other illegal activities with your purchases will not be accepted.

・When antiques and antiquities are transported overseas, an export certificate of authenticity may be required. In such cases, it may take several weeks to obtain an export license.
