■ Delivery

You can choose EMS or other shipping services.

EMS is not available for items over 2,000,000 yen.

For all shipping methods, shipping, handling, and insurance fees are included in the shipping cost.

［For EMS]

・Please check from the Japan Post website whether the country to which the delivery is to be made is an eligible country.

・The shipping fee will be prepaid. Please follow the payment screen and pay the total amount together with the product price.

［For other shipping services]

・If you select "Other Shipping Service", DHL or a specialized art shipping company will be used for the delivery.

・After the item has been paid for, we will estimate the shipping cost, and after you accept the estimate, we will separately bill you for the shipping cost. The item will be shipped after payment of the shipping cost is confirmed.

・If you would like a shipping estimate before purchasing an item, please contact us using the Inquiry Form.

■Other Notes

・Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please understand the product well in advance before ordering.

・Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order if there is any obvious change in condition, such as damage during shipping.

・Under-valuing or other illegal activities with your purchases will not be accepted.

・Customers are responsible for all customs duties and other costs incurred at the time of delivery.
